For over 65 years, Cochran Bros. Distributors, Inc. has been a proud distributor of the largest complete line of wholesale bakery products to customers all over south east Michigan. Now, second and third generation Michelle and Josalyne, are at the helm, leading the company into the future. Their focus includes the incorporation of unique specialty items and product varieties with customer service being the focal point of their mission.
NSF, HACCP, FDA, USDA APPROVED AND CERTIFIED
HACCP is the internationally recognized risk-based system for managing food safety throughout the food supply chain—from food production and preparation processes, to packaging and distribution. The system is designed to prevent, eliminate or reduce significant hazards to an acceptable level. Cochran meets U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Agriculture (USDA) requirements, through certification.

Cochran Brothers delivers fresh baked products from over 35 bakeries in the SE Michigan area. All of the products are manufactured in local bakeries producing sustainable products for your client/patient. Staying local is crucial in maintaining the integrity of baked goods as well as stimulating economic growth for Michigan.

FRESH MADE-TO-ORDER EXTENSIVE PRODUCT LINE
“One-stop-shop” for all fresh baked goods. Bagels, donuts, bread, cakes, wraps, buns, cookies, you name it! Our list has grown to over 800 products. All of the current bakeries (over 30 and growing) are based in SE Michigan. All of the products arrive at your location in one truck, each morning, 2-4 days per week. Each order is on one invoice with convenient billing.
